Start your day with a yoga practice including asana, pranayama, and meditation to inspire a deeper connection with self and others.
Classes are appropriate for all levels, challenging experienced practitioners while supporting and encouraging beginners. Enjoy personalized instruction and therapeutic adjustments from two compassionate teachers working together in one classroom.
Move gracefully through a vinyasa flow linking together physical, mental and spiritual qualities into one grounded practice. Learn alignment and integrity for structural support and self-awareness while awakening to the subtle energetic body.

Depending upon which retreats you attend, you will have the opportunity to study Spanish, Italian, and/or English.
For example, at our Mallorca retreat, you may study Spanish. At our Italian retreats, you can take the opportunity to study Italian; and if you ARE Italian, you may opt to study English.
Beginners will learn the basics of the language: how to pronounce, read, and write in the language, as well as many cultural tips to keep everyone smiling. The intermediate classes will be more free flowing as they will expand upon the knowledge that students already have.
A travel dictionary or electronic translator is recommended. All other materials will be provided.

Chelsea Hill studied Italian at the Centro di Cultura Italiana di Bologna and at McGill University, has worked as an Italian interpreter/translator in Italy, Canada, and USA, and has been happily teaching Italian for over 16 years. Chelsea visits Italy annually and holds classes at her school in Maui, Hawaii.
As someone who learned Italian as a 2nd language, Chelsea appreciates the trials and tribulations experienced in mastering a foreign language. Drawing from her many years of studying and striving for perfection in both grammar and pronunciation, Chelsea has many 'learning tricks' up her sleeve to help you feel comfortable and have fun in this magnificent language.

More than any of the curriculums I have completed, or credentials I have acquired, it is my desire to share what inspires me the most. My "mission," is simply, and profoundly "Love." Real, pure, free, true, vulnerable, unconditional "Love." Yoga is a divine modality that cultivates a heightened sense of this "love." The inner knowing, and intelligence that resides in the consciousness of all beings. Our "birth right"......... This is my practice, my way of living, my sharing, my learning. Breath by breath.....

Jen’s first exposure to yoga was in her mother’s belly. Today, she shares her experience in a way that is compassionate, honest, and sincere. Her unique approach to vinyasa yoga stems from her ongoing study of alternative healing modalities, vipassana meditation, dance, and from roots in traditional Hatha Yoga and Shadow Yoga. Jen's classes are a fusion of mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation – powerful tools for cultivating awareness. Jen lives and teaches on the vibrant island of Maui, Hawaii where she is continually inspired by the spirit of the land and with every deep breath.
